About Paradigmia
paradigmia partners with executive training providers, academies, business schools, universities, and Big Four learning arms to staff their programmes with practitioners who have run the business they teach. Our faculty delivers primarily face-to-face trainings across EMEA, with a focus in the GCC as well as Southern Europe.
About the Role
We are expanding our banking faculty and want practitioners who can teach highly technical material to lower and middle management with clarity and authority.

Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in leadership positions at prominent financial institutions, with hands-on practice in at least one area above
- 5+ years designing and delivering presentations that hold an audience and make technical subjects accessible
- Native or full professional proficiency in English
Preferred Requirements
- GCC banking experience
- Knowledge of Arabic

How We Work
- Freelance, per-engagement contracts alongside your current role. Once onboarded, you have visibility of paradigmia's project pipeline and choose the engagements that fit your schedule and your professional development.
- You design and deliver within our quality framework; provider relationships and logistics are handled by paradigmia.
- Engagements involve travel, typically in blocks of two to five days, scheduled by agreement with paradigmia around the commitments of your day job.
