Who is the company and what is the context of the role?
Our client is a leading international organisation headquartered in London, currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. As part of their continued investment in process optimisation, they are looking to hire a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance their global Oracle EPM Cloud landscape.
Working closely with Finance, FP&A, Consolidation and Technology teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Planning and Consolidation platforms, specifically Oracle PBCS and Oracle FCCS.
This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2 days per week in the office.
What will I be doing?
As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the organisation's Oracle EPM Cloud environment, acting as a key contact between Finance and Technology teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Oracle EPM Cloud applications: PBCS and FCCS.
- Working closely with FP&A and Finance users to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and solutions.
- Managing system maintenance, metadata updates, business rules, calculations, security and user access.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and consolidation processes.
- Investigating and resolving system issues, data integrity challenges, and user queries.
- Participating in system upgrades, testing cycles and new functionality deployments.
- Developing and maintaining system documentation, process maps and training materials.
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes through automation and optimisation.
- Collaborating with external implementation partners and Oracle support when required.

What kind of skills and background will I need?
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience supporting or administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Strong knowledge of PBCS and/or FCCS.
- Experience working within Finance, FP&A, Financial Systems or Finance Transformation environments.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and consolidation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology teams.
