Financial Terms Analyst
Location: London – Hybrid (1 day working from home)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Terms Senior Analyst to join a leading global professional services organisation in London.
This newly created role will support the organisation’s global Financial Terms Management function, with a particular focus on European operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and maintaining client and matter financial terms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyse and validate financial terms for new and existing clients and matters
- Support client onboarding and new business activities by reviewing financial information and documentation
- Configure and maintain billing arrangements, rate structures, discounts and other financial provisions within internal systems
- Interpret client agreements, engagement terms and guidelines to ensure financial requirements are accurately implemented
- Work collaboratively with Pricing, Billing, eBilling, Accounts Receivable and other revenue teams
- Support European offices with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of financial terms

Essential Skillset & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in an analytical role
- Legal experience is highly desirable, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
