Company Description

LatentBridge is a full-stack global AI innovation partner helping regulated enterprises turn critical workflows into reliable, repeatable outcomes with AI. The company works with banks, financial services organizations, and law firms to move from pilots and dashboards to production-ready AI that withstands regulatory and business scrutiny. LatentBridge focuses on high-risk, high-value workflows where manual effort and fragmented systems create financial, regulatory, and reputational exposure. Its custom AI solutions are tailored to each client’s processes, data, and jurisdictional requirements, with governance, traceability, and control built in by design. Headquartered in London with hubs across the US, EMEA, and India, LatentBridge partners with enterprise leaders seeking explainable AI aligned to highly regulated environments.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune City, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Financial Transformation & AI Adoption – Change Management Consultant will drive end-to-end change initiatives that support AI-enabled financial transformation programs for regulated enterprises. Day-to-day tasks include assessing current financial and operational processes, identifying transformation opportunities, and designing change strategies that align AI adoption with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to define target operating models, managing change roadmaps, and facilitating workshops, training, and communications to ensure successful adoption of new AI-driven workflows. The consultant will also monitor implementation progress, analyze impact, mitigate risks, and provide ongoing guidance on best practices in financial transformation, governance, and organizational readiness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
