About the assignment
To fuel our growth, we are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making health and well-being direct, approachable, and impactful.
At OpenUp, we focus on prevention, therefore we guide individuals to take control of their personal finances, reduce financial stress, and create healthy money habits. Whether it’s budgeting, savings strategies, planning for financial security, or building confidence in financial decision-making – we empower people with clarity and actionable steps. Please note we offer coaching, not financial product advice.
We offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week, ensuring people can access support when they need it most – no long waits, no barriers. In each session (usually 25 minutes), you’ll help clients set clear, achievable financial goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
