Citizens Advice 1066 is looking for a Financial Wellbeing Adviser to support local people with money management, energy advice, and digital inclusion skills. This is a rewarding role where you'll help individuals build confidence, reduce financial hardship, and develop long-term financial resilience.

You'll work with people from a variety of backgrounds, delivering practical advice and guidance that helps them make informed financial decisions and access the support available to them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering financial capability advice and support
  • Helping clients improve money management and budgeting skills
  • Providing energy advice and support to tackle fuel poverty
  • Supporting digital inclusion and helping people access online services
  • Building relationships with community partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring information
  • Promoting financial resilience and wellbeing across local communities

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience delivering financial, energy, or consumer advice
  • Understands the challenges faced by people experiencing financial hardship
  • Has strong communication and engagement skills
  • Is confident using IT systems and digital tools
  • Can work independently and manage their workload effectively
  • Enjoys helping people develop new skills and confidence
  • Shares our commitment to inclusion and community support

Additional Information
