Vice President, Financing Structuring
Location: London or Paris
A leading global financial institution is seeking a Vice President to join its Financing Structuring team in either London or Paris. This role sits within a high-performing structured solutions platform, partnering closely with Sales, Trading, Legal, Risk, and external clients to originate, structure, and execute complex financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative financing and investment solutions, with a particular focus on Repacks, Structured Notes, and Total Return Swaps (TRS). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced structurer looking to play a key role in delivering bespoke solutions to institutional investors, private banks, asset managers, and other sophisticated market participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and execute repackaging transactions, structured notes, and TRS solutions for a diverse client base.
- Work closely with Sales and Trading teams to originate and deliver tailored financing and investment strategies.
- Develop innovative product solutions that meet client investment, funding, and risk management objectives.
- Coordinate transaction execution with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk Management, and external counterparties.
- Assess transaction economics, regulatory implications, and capital efficiency considerations.
- Prepare and review term sheets, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities for new structured financing products.

Requirements
- Experience within Financing Structuring, Structured Solutions, Capital Markets Structuring, or a similar front-office role.
- Strong knowledge of Repacks, Structured Notes, and Total Return Swaps (TRS).
- Demonstrated experience structuring and executing complex financing transactions.
- Understanding of derivatives, fixed income products, and structured finance concepts.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate transaction risks and returns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are advantageous.
