We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our casual workforce at the Craft Crew agency. As the face of our clients’ venues, you will help create memorable fine dining experiences through exceptional service, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. If you thrive in hospitality environments, enjoy engaging with people, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences in fine dining and premium hospitality environments.
- Providing professional plate service, tray service, silver service, and food and beverage service to the highest standards.
- Welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, table setting, and dining room organization.
- Serving food and beverages with confidence, attention to detail, and adherence to fine dining etiquette.
- Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and professionally to requests and enquiries.
- Supporting hospitality teams to deliver seamless service at restaurants, hotels, and private events.
- Ensuring all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in fine dining or high-end hospitality environment is essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, venues, and events is essential.
- Previous experience working for a hospitality staffing agency is desirable.
- A thorough understanding of fine dining service standards, including plate service, tray service, and formal table etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in fast-paced service environments.
- A confident, professional, friendly, and approachable personality.
