About the Company

Steven Stone is a technology lead British jeweller established in 1937, we pride ourselves on our world class service and specialise in bespoke engagement rings and fine jewellery. We currently have 3 locations, and planning to open several more in the coming years.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, driven and well-organised individuals who are passionate about wanting to grow with the company. Our Steven Stone experience is always evolving both online and offline. Your role will help to deliver an experience by delivering outstanding design and communications across a variety of channels, then this is the opportunity for you.

We are looking for all experience levels. Regardless of your experience, you need to be passionate about jewellery, proactive and driven to make every customer’s experience a special one. Experienced candidates must have proven success of achieving or succeeding KPIs and have the ability to influence & increase sales, conversion, and productivity in a one-2-one sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales objectives and KPIs
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Dealing with both lower and high value transactions
  • Maintaining merchandising and showroom standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Have knowledge of fine diamonds, gems and fine jewellery
  • Have strong customer service, retail and sales experience
  • Be professional and well-presented
  • Have a critical eye for detail
  • Be flexible and reliable
  • Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Confident, resilient, determined and enthusiastic

Qualifications Preferred

  • FGA, DGA, Graduate Gemmologist (GIA), Graduate of Diamonds (GIA), Accredited Jewellery Professional or similar.
