Brand Manager – Fine Watches at Harrods

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate professional to join our team in Fine Watches. If you have a passion for Fine Watches, a keen eye for trends, and a talent for crafting compelling narratives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you will be the face of one of our Fine Watches brands, providing a holistic shopping experience that is as unique as it is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive trade through building a loyal client base and delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Raise the profile of your brand and expand networks across the store to maximise sales and eventing opportunities.
  • Act as the key point of contact with external brand representatives, compiling detailed weekly reports and nurturing trusted relationships.
  • Ensure a fully on-site presence, working 5 out of 7 days per week (please refer to our Hybrid@Harrods policy for further details).

About You

We are looking for an exceptional retail professional who:

  • Specialises in Fine Watches but also has in-depth industry-wide knowledge of Harrods’ broader luxury offerings.
  • Delivers best-in-class service by putting customers at the heart of everything they do.
  • Builds long-lasting client relationships with proven product and Harrods knowledge.
  • Demonstrates impeccable Visual Merchandising standards and diligent stock management.
  • Has a genuine interest and knowledge of the Fine Watches industry.
