Brand Manager - Fine Watches

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate professional to join our team in Fine Watches as a Brand Manager for one of our most prestigious brands. You will be responsible for creating world-class customer experiences in store, putting customers at the heart of everything you do, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

About the Role

As a Brand Manager you will be the face of one of our Fine Watches brands, providing a holistic shopping experience that is as unique as it is memorable by demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge; this includes your own brand and wider services across the store. You will understand the importance of building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients, the team, brand representatives, and internal stakeholders. You will fully adhere to selling ceremonies with all types of clients, from walk-ins to pre-booked appointments. As an industry expert, you will use your commercial acumen to recognise trends, opportunities, and successes which you will then implement into your brand to drive sales and push performance. Using your complete understanding of the brand, you will drive trade by overseeing client outreach initiatives, team trainings, and exceptional service standards; your remit will encompass raising the profile of your brand.

You will also:

  • Process large and complex transactions.
  • Deliver operational excellence by independently ensuring that all aspects of stock are managed to maximise sales, avoid missed opportunities, and to minimise shrinkage.
  • Support with compiling detailed weekly reports.
  • Check and maintain standards in the department, ensuring it is clean, well presented, and inviting at all times.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of the Fine Watches industry and other brands in the department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
