Role Description
This full-time remote for a senior Fine Wine and Spirits Sales Specialist role focuses on advising clients on purchases, sales, and cellar management while driving revenue growth. The specialist will manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations based on taste, collecting goals, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Presenting curated selections
- Preparing offers and proposals
- Developing supplier & customer relations
- Maintaining accurate records of client activities (using Hub Wines)
- Staying current on market trends, pricing, and new releases
- Contributing insights to internal sales strategies
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience
This is a hands-on role with a young entrepreneurial team who are looking to grow the business significantly.
Qualifications
- Sales and client advisory skills, including Wine Sales and Beverage Industry knowledge.
- Customer-facing capabilities, such as strong Customer Service and relationship management skills.
- Wine knowledge and educational background, including Wine Education and Sommelier experience or certification.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ideally will have experience using the Wine Hub (Wine Owners) back office systems.
- Comfort using CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and standard office productivity software.
- Extensive previous experience in fine wine and high-net-worth client services.
