Join the GB Directors & Officers team as our Growth Leader and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of one of the market's leading D&O practices. Working within FINEX GB Directors & Officers Practice at Willis, you will drive sales strategy, business development, and market engagement across large and complex UK and International risks, helping clients navigate an increasingly dynamic Directors & Officers risk landscape.

This strategic leadership role will focus on accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering a high-performance, sales-oriented culture across the GB Directors & Officers, segment. You will support the various broking teams within the D&O practice, oversee sales pipeline management and performance insights, and collaborate across Willis businesses to deliver innovative client solutions. Combining business development, stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and strategic business development planning, you will help grow and shape our D&O portfolio.

Drive sustainable growth by increasing new business generation, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Willis' market presence within the London D&O market, through:

  • Partnering proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders across FINEX and the wider Willis business to identify and convert growth opportunities.
  • Delivering Data & Analytics, Thought Product Leadership and Our value proposition as part of Client Insurance solutions.
  • Working closely with the GB D&O Leadership team to embed and champion a growth-focused, sales-oriented culture.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities across Industry segment and geography with a particular focus on UK Large & complex risks.
  • Developing and implementing best practices that enhance business development effectiveness and support client-facing brokers in winning and retaining business.
  • Supporting the continued development of both retail and wholesale-focused growth strategy within the GB D&O practise.
  • Owning and maintaining sales-related information, reporting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Providing industry leaders with actionable sales insights and growth data to support revenue generation initiatives.
  • Promoting collaboration across business units to deliver integrated client solutions and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
  • Leveraging market intelligence, industry trends, and client insights to identify emerging opportunities and enhance competitive positioning.
