About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GRP Finisher to join a busy production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing and repairing GRP components to a high standard, ensuring all work meets the required quality specifications.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in GRP/composite finishing, automotive body repair, or a similar manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finish and repair GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) components to a high standard.
  • Prepare, release, and maintain moulds of various sizes.
  • Carry out surface preparation, filling, sanding, polishing, and finishing work.
  • Inspect completed components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Work as part of a small production team to achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
