Job Title
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman to join our Peterborough based construction team and oversee the final stages of projects on site.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality finishes, coordinating trades, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising finishing trades on site
- Ensuring all finishing works are completed to specification and quality standards
- Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities
- Carrying out snagging inspections and overseeing remedial works
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
- Reporting progress to Site Management and Project Managers
- Ensuring deadlines and programme targets are achieved

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman within the construction industry
- Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to manage multiple trades and workloads effectively
- Good communication and leadership skills
- SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS card preferred
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
