Finishing Manager - Residential Construction
Location: Greater London
Salary: £65,000-£80,000 + vehicle/allowance, pension, depending on experience.
Role
Experienced Finishing Manager required to oversee the final stages of residential construction projects, ensuring homes are completed to a high standard, on programme and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors.
- Oversee internal finishes, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, joinery and painting.
- Manage snagging, inspections and handovers.
- Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, quality and H&S requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the Site Manager and project team.
- Drive programme and ensure units are completed on time.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' residential construction experience.
- Proven experience managing finishing works and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of finishes, snagging and handover processes.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Full driving licence.
