Finishing Manager

South West London
£260 per day
Contract until March 2027

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager for a long-term contract position on a large-scale residential development in the Richmond/Twickenham region. The development comprises a mix of traditional-build houses and low-rise apartments, with the successful candidate responsible for overseeing the internal finishing stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing internal finishing works from painting through to snagging, CML, and handover.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and internal trades to ensure works are completed to programme and specification.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the finishing process.
  • Managing and closing out snagging items efficiently.
  • Working closely with the wider site team to ensure a smooth handover of completed units.
  • Ensuring all health & safety and site procedures are adhered to.

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager / Finishing Manager on large-scale, multi-unit residential developments.
  • Strong internal finishing and handover experience.
  • Experience taking units from painting through to CML and final handover.
  • Valid SMSTS.
  • Valid CSCS.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Available for an immediate start.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity, with the contract running through to March 2027.
