Position: Finishing/Snagging Operative
We are currently seeking a full- time Finishing/Snagging Operative to assist in the completion of Lindum Homes’ projects within travelling distance of Lincoln. A valid driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Managing finishes on Lindum Homes
- Touching up decorations
- Mastic and sealant works
- Undertaking snagging lists from build and client inspections
- Customer fronting and some customer care duties post completion
- Planning effectively ensuring all deadlines are met
Requirements
- Innovative and proactive approach to problem solving
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in Joinery is beneficial
- Working knowledge of all trades
