About The Role
As a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Remote Working) based in Basildon, you will act as the initial contact for clients responding to essential vehicle recall alerts. Your primary responsibility involves guiding customers through the procedure and scheduling subsequent actions with clarity and reassurance. This full-time, temporary contract offers a remote setup, permitting work from home while representing a supportive international team. The hourly rate is £15.50. Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory, alongside strong communication abilities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring driver safety across Europe, delivering a professional and helpful service with every interaction.

We are looking for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers responding to important vehicle recall notifications, helping them understand the process and arranging the next steps.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in Finnish.
- Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently.
- Assisting customers with vehicle recall enquiries.
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding recall campaigns.
- Booking appointments and guiding customers through the recall process.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system notes.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
What We're Looking For

- Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable handling a combination of emails and telephone enquiries.
- Confident using multiple systems and applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
