Senior ITAM Practitioner
We are seeking a Senior ITAM Practitioner to join our growing ITAM Practice. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping major organizations design, build, and execute transformative ITAM, FinOps, and governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Pre-Sales Leadership
- Shape Winning Proposals: Partner with sales teams to lead RFP responses, construct compelling bids, and architect value-driven ITAM solutions.
- Drive Early Engagement: Participate in client presentations, facilitate discovery workshops, and help guide bid/no-bid decisions.
- Translate Needs into Strategy: Turn complex enterprise requirements into clear, structured, and actionable roadmaps.
Consultancy & Delivery Excellence
- End-to-End Program Delivery: Scope, design, and implement holistic ITAM strategies spanning SAM, HAM, SaaS, and FinOps.
- Cost & Risk Optimization: Build modern governance models and pinpoint massive cost-saving opportunities across hardware, software, and cloud estates.
- Audit & Compliance Management: Guide clients through vendor audits, contract negotiations, and licensing strategies for major vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP).

- Executive Advisory: Build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Procurement, presenting clear insights that drive decision-making.
- Practice Growth: Mentor team members, elevate internal methodologies, and help shape the future of our ITAM practice.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience
- Pre-Sales & RFP Mastery: A proven track record of writing winning bids, shaping proposals, and supporting pre-sales within ITAM or SAM consultancy.
- Enterprise Delivery: Strong experience leading complex ITAM engagements in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Stakeholder Impact: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to run workshops and present to executive audiences.

Technical Expertise
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding across SAM, HAM, SaaS, or FinOps principles.
- Tooling & Vendors: Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., Flexera, ServiceNow) and major vendor licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP).
- Frameworks & Analytics: Working knowledge of ISO 19770 or ITIL standards, paired with strong data analysis capabilities (Excel, Power BI).
