Fintech Analyst (Product + Marketing)
Research and Content Analyst
ABOUT THE JOB
Role 1: Fintech Analyst (Product + Marketing)
This is a junior role for someone who combines a strong product mindset with an interest in marketing, customers and digital education.
You will help make sure CFTE’s courses and learning products remain relevant, up to date and valuable to our customers. You will also help develop new courses and products, improve the customer journey and support how we communicate and market our programmes.
The role sits across product, customer experience and marketing. You should enjoy understanding what customers need, spotting what could be improved and turning ideas into action.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will:
- Help review and improve existing courses to ensure they remain current, relevant and engaging.
- Support the development and launch of new courses, programmes and digital learning products.
- Research market trends, customer needs and emerging topics to identify opportunities for new products.
- Help manage customer enquiries and ensure prospective and existing learners receive clear, timely support.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, from discovering a course through to enrolment and learning.
- Support marketing campaigns, product pages, emails and other communications that help explain and promote CFTE’s programmes.
- Analyse customer feedback, engagement and performance data to understand what is working and what should be improved.
- Work closely with content, marketing and operations teams to take ideas from concept through to launch.
- Use AI extensively to research, create, analyse and execute faster while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Role 2: Research and Content Analyst
This is a junior role suited to a student, recent graduate or early-career candidate who is intellectually curious, comfortable using AI and excited by the challenge of making sense of fast-moving topics. You will help develop workshops, professional programmes and online learning content across AI, fintech, finance and emerging technologies.
The work often starts with an early concept, a question or a session brief. Your job is to take that ambiguity and turn it into something credible and useful: Research → assess → challenge → structure → refine → build
You will use AI extensively to accelerate your work, but AI does not replace thinking. You will be expected to question information, validate sources, identify what matters and turn complex topics into clear learning experiences for professional audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will work on complex and emerging topics that professionals and organisations are trying to understand now, from AI in financial services and emerging technologies to new workshops, case studies and practical learning experiences.
You will:
- Conduct AI-enabled research across AI, fintech, finance and emerging technologies.
- Turn complex research into clear insights, narratives and learning structures.
- Help develop workshops, courses, reports and professional learning materials from early concept through to delivery.
- Design practical activities and applications that connect emerging technology with real working environments.
- Work with experts and internal teams to challenge, refine and strengthen the quality of the content.
- Use AI to work faster and go deeper, while applying independent judgement to ensure the output is credible.
ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical, research and structured-thinking skills. Genuine curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar topics quickly.
- Confidence using AI tools as part of everyday research and knowledge work. The ability to question, verify and improve AI-generated information. Excellent written and spoken English.
- High ownership, strong attention to detail and a willingness to produce excellent work.
- Comfortable working at pace in a small, entrepreneurial team.
- A genuine interest in education, AI, fintech and emerging technologies.
- You do not need to already be an expert in finance, AI or education. We care more about whether you can think, research, learn quickly and produce high-quality work.

Additional experience that would be valuable
- Academic background in finance, economics, technology, business or a related field.
- Previous research experience through university, internships or work.
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech or emerging technologies.
- Experience creating presentations, reports, workshops or educational content.
- Experience with AI research and productivity tools.
