FinTrU Financial Services Graduate Programme 26 - Derry/Londonderry

Please note that candidates who do not reside within the role's contracting jurisdiction may be required to work from the Derry/Londonderry office five days per week rather than under the standard hybrid arrangements.

Essential Criteria

• Hold a minimum 2:2 honours undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Live – or be ready to relocate – within a commutable distance from FinTrU’s Derry/Londonderry office.
• Eligible to work in the relevant jurisdiction and be proficient in English.
• Demonstrate an interest for building a career within Financial Services at FinTrU.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Must be available to attend mandatory in-person training of up to six weeks from employment start date.

Right to Work

FinTrU welcome applications from candidates who hold, or are eligible to apply for, the right to work in the UK on or before the start date of your programme. You must hold the right to work in the UK for a minimum of 12 months to allow you to undertake mandatory elements of the programme. You must be able to evidence your right to work or future potential right to work in the UK prior to any offer of employment being made.

You are required to notify us immediately if your right to work status changes after you have submitted your application or accepted an offer from FinTrU. Please also be aware that should any subsequent changes to the UK immigration rules affect the viability of your application before your start date, we reserve the right to change how we process applications, in line with the new regulations.

Should your immigration status change for any reason during the course of the Graduate programme, we will be unlikely to offer you sponsorship. In addition, FinTrU would not fund any subsequent non sponsored visa applications, with employees being solely responsible for paying and maintaining their right to work in the UK.
