Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fire Alarm Service and Small Works Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and small works. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role requires effective communication skills for interaction with clients and team members, as well as a strong technical acumen related to fire alarm systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying issues with fire alarm systems
- Experience in on-site Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of safety systems
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with team members
- Ability to provide Technical Support while ensuring safety compliance
- Relevant professional certifications and qualifications in fire safety or electronics are an advantage
- Self-motivation and capacity to work independently in a remote role
- Valid driver’s license for travel to service sites (if required)
- Previous experience in fire alarm systems or a similar technical field is highly beneficial
- Experience of fire alarm installation/modifications
