Central London (Multi-Site)

£35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Company Van & Fuel Card

Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:30pm

Fortus Recruitment are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs & maintenance industry.

We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority.

My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join their growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault-finding works across a portfolio of prestigious sites throughout Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business, working alongside an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Technician who will provide ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain and test fire alarm systems in accordance with BS5839
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs
  • Identify system deficiencies, coverage gaps and recommend improvements
  • Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
  • Ensure all works are completed to the highest safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good working knowledge of BS5839
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Professional, reliable and able to work independently

Security Vetting Requirement

Please note that this role is subject to a strict security vetting process due to the nature of the sites being attended.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo and pass security clearance before being granted access to site.

Candidates who are unable to obtain the required clearance will unfortunately be unable to continue in the role, as this position is solely dedicated to supporting this specific contract.

Package:
