The Role
As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing life safety systems. This is a local role, meaning you'll work within Coventry and the surrounding area, providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire detection, nurse call, emergency lighting, and associated life safety systems.
- Preventive and reactive maintenance visits to customer’s premises in Coventry and the surrounding area.
- Working to British Standards and ensuring our customers receive the excellent service that they deserve.
- Support out of hours commitments with the on-call rota.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled engineer who takes pride in our work and enjoys providing exceptional service. About you:
- Previous experience maintaining life & property protection systems.
- Ability to provide resolute support to the Service Delivery Team and Fixfire® customers.
- Be self-motivated and carrying out your duties with skill and efficiency.
- Have great customer facing awareness.
- Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience with Door Access Control, Intruder Alarms & CCTV systems would be advantageous but not a necessity.
This position requires a full CRB check/enhanced security screening.
