From 35k negotiable DOE | Company Vehicle Provided | Permanent Position | Company Benefits & Holidays | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and reactive call-outs of fire and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems.
  • Respond to reactive call-outs, diagnose faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Service and maintain door access control systems.
  • Carry out servicing and fault finding on emergency lighting systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current industry regulations and company procedures.
  • Produce accurate service reports and maintain records of completed works.
  • Provide professional support and advice to customers on-site.
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure timely completion of service activities.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

  • FIA Level 2 qualification (minimum).
  • Proven experience in servicing and fault finding on fire alarm systems.
  • Experience attending and resolving reactive service calls.
  • Ideally, knowledge and experience of servicing and fault diagnosis on door access control systems.
  • Experience servicing and maintaining emergency lighting systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
