Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Fire & Security division and are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team covering the BH postcode area and surrounding locations.

The Role

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of fire and security systems across commercial properties throughout the BH postcode area.

You'll play a key role in ensuring that our clients' systems remain fully operational, reliable, and compliant.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and maintaining fire and security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarms
  • Providing high-quality service to commercial clients, ensuring their systems are safe, secure, and compliant
  • Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs to minimise disruption to clients' operations
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits
  • Completing service reports and relevant system documentation
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and site contacts

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarms
  • Proven experience working with these systems within a commercial environment
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Comfortable travelling across the BH postcode area and surrounding locations
  • Good customer service and communication skills
