Company Description

Vault Systems Limited, established in 2013, is a specialist provider of fire, security, and electrical solutions serving a wide range of clients. The company offers a complete service, including design, supply, installation, and commissioning of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, nurse call systems, and emergency lighting. Vault Systems operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring responsive support and reliable maintenance for customers. The business is SSAIB and BAFE approved, demonstrating its commitment to quality, safety, and industry best practices.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the servicing & repairs of all fire & security systems and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with industry standards.

  • The role involves accurate documentation of work carried out
  • Clear communication with customers and colleagues
  • Adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements

The candidate will also assist with fault finding, repairs, and ongoing service work, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and reliable system performance.

Qualifications

  • Relevant technical skills and experience in electrical, fire, or security systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with safety-critical systems.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Capability to work independently on-site and as part of a team in a field-based environment.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in fire safety & security systems are beneficial.
  • Experience in SSAIB or BAFE-approved environments, or similar regulated sectors, is an advantage.
  • Valid UK driving license and flexibility to support work outside standard hours when required
