We are looking for an exceptional Fire Compliance Manager to join our growing team, dedicated to a contract, taking ownership of compliance, service delivery, and technical excellence across a national portfolio of retail and logistics sites.

Why This Role Matters
As Fire Compliance Manager, you'll be the trusted expert responsible for ensuring thousands of fire detection and suppression assets remain compliant, maintained, and performing at their best.
You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams, leading the delivery of:

What You'll Be Doing
Leading Compliance Excellence
You'll ensure all fire systems are maintained and certified in accordance with applicable standards and legislation, providing assurance to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Driving Operational Performance
You'll oversee reactive maintenance, planned servicing, surveys, quotations, and project handovers while ensuring SLA and KPI targets are consistently achieved.
Being the Technical Expert
You'll support operational and engineering teams with technical guidance across:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Emergency Lighting
- Sprinkler Systems
- Wet & Dry Risers
- PAVA Systems
- EVC Systems
- AOV Systems
- Fire Suppression Technologies

We're seeking a confident, commercially aware leader who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding people and stakeholder management skills.
Essential Experience

âś” Technical knowledge across multiple fire system disciplines
âś” Strong commercial awareness
âś” Excellent reporting and analytical skills
