Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Fire Door Repair Carpenters to support our Growing Fire Stopping project across London and surrounding areas.

Duties
- Carry out fire door repairs and remedial works.
- Adjust, repair and maintain existing fire doors.
- Replace hinges, closers, handles, locks, seals and other fire door components.
- Fit intumescent strips and smoke seals.
- Carry out remedial works identified during fire door inspections.
- Install and replace fire doors where required.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with fire door compliance requirements.
- Complete works in occupied and void properties.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Own van and tools
- Asbestos Awareness
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience working in social housing
- Own tools (110V or battery-operated)
- All operatives must hold a relevant NVQ qualification
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow fire safety procedures
