Fire Extinguisher Engineer

Region: South West

On-Target Earnings: £35,000 - £45,000 (Inclusive of overtime, travel pay and bonuses)

Join Trinity Fire & Security

Trinity is looking for an experienced Portable Fire Extinguisher Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance and installation across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance.

You will service and maintain portable fire extinguishers, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. You'll be supported by dedicated Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver planned installation, servicing, and maintenance on fire extinguishers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and technical insights.
  • Work to a planned schedule. Issue remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with service administration guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and performance.

About you

We're looking for a technically capable and customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You will have:

  • Experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining mechanical fire and extinguisher systems.
  • BS5306 qualified.
  • BAFE / FETA qualified.
