£50,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid Working + Career Progression
ProGroup Recruitment are working with a growing and highly respected Fire Safety Consultancy that is looking to appoint a Fire Risk Assessor to support its expanding client portfolio across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor, Fire Safety Officer, Fire Safety Surveyor or Fire Safety professional looking to join a business that places genuine emphasis on quality, professional development and long-term career progression.
Working across a diverse range of residential, commercial and public sector properties, you'll be responsible for delivering Fire Risk Assessments, providing practical fire safety solutions and helping clients maintain compliance with current fire safety legislation and industry guidance.
The Role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will manage your own diary and workload while carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across a varied property portfolio. You'll be trusted to work autonomously, build strong client relationships and produce high-quality reports with clear, practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial and public sector buildings.
- Produce detailed Fire Risk Assessment reports and action plans.
- Assess fire safety management arrangements and levels of compliance.
- Provide clients with practical and proportionate fire safety recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage your own schedule and regional workload.
- Keep up to date with fire safety legislation, guidance and industry best practice.
- Support clients in improving overall fire safety compliance standards.
