WE’RE HIRING – FIRE RISK ASSESSOR
Cromwell Fire Ltd is looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our growing team.
We are an established, independent fire protection company with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, working with a wide range of clients across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued demand, we are looking for someone who can confidently carry out high-quality Fire Risk Assessments across a varied portfolio of premises.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments
- Hold a recognised Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification, or currently be working towards Level 4
- Have a good working knowledge of current UK fire safety legislation and relevant guidance
- Be able to identify fire safety deficiencies and provide clear, practical and proportionate recommendations
- Be confident assessing a variety of premises, including commercial, educational, residential and care/support environments
- Produce clear, professional written Fire Risk Assessment reports
- Be organised and capable of managing their own workload and appointments
- Have good communication skills and be comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Membership of a recognised professional fire safety body would be advantageous, as would additional fire safety or fire door qualifications.
