What You’ll Do
- Carry out fire door inspections and oversee replacements and remediations
- Act on Fire Risk Assessments quickly to reduce risks and keep people safe
- Oversee contractors and ensure works are completed to the right standard
- Maintain accurate records to support building safety and legal requirements
- Build trust with customers through clear communication and quick action

You have
- Experience in fire safety, building safety or housing maintenance
- Strong fire door and compartmentation surveying and contract management skill
- Knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations
- CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent experience
- Strong surveying and contract management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with great communication

The practical bits
- You’ll work Monday to Friday
- 2x temporary 12 month contracts
- 1 role covering Hertfordshire, Essex and North London with occasional travel to Norfolk and Suffolk and 1 role covering London with occasional travel to Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire
- You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
- You need a basic DBS check that we pay for
