FIRE SAFETY COORDINATOR

Premier
Competitive
Hybrid - Macclesfield

Role Overview

You will be the operational heartbeat of our fire safety compliance across a varied portfolio of residential developments. Working hybrid, you will spend one day a week in the office (Hurst or Macclesfield), combine planned site visits with remote coordination, and use your organisational and people skills to keep residents, colleagues and stakeholders informed and safe.

You will bring high IT literacy, strong Excel capability and an appetite to use technology, automation and AI tools to streamline compliance monitoring, enhance reporting accuracy and boost operational efficiency. By turning data into insight and actions, you will help us anticipate risk, close actions faster and continuously raise our standards.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will coordinate fire safety actions end-to-end, from scheduling assessments and tracking remedials to validating evidence and updating records. You will partner with property managers, contractors and residents, keeping everyone aligned through clear communication, accurate data and timely reporting.

What Success Looks Like

  • Compliance actions are tracked, prioritised and closed within agreed timeframes, with clear evidence trails.
  • Portfolio-wide dashboards are accurate, current and proactively highlight risk and upcoming deadlines.
  • Site visits are planned and purposeful, with well-documented findings and swift follow-up.
  • Contractors are well-briefed, performance is monitored, and costs and timelines are controlled.
  • Residents and stakeholders receive clear, timely updates that build trust and confidence.
  • Continuous improvements are implemented using automation and smarter workflows to save time and reduce risk.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Scheduling and coordinating fire risk assessments, inspections and remedial works.
  • Maintaining live action logs, uploading evidence, and updating compliance dashboards.
  • Visiting sites to validate works, review records, and engage with on-site teams and residents.
  • Liaising with contractors to obtain quotes, agree scopes, and monitor delivery and quality.
  • Producing concise reports, KPI updates and alerts for property managers and leadership.
  • Using Excel and digital tools to automate routine checks, deadlines and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
