Fire & Security Engineer – Liverpool

Location: Liverpool & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Overtime

We're looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join our expanding team covering Liverpool and the surrounding areas. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality installations and maintenance while providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of:
    • Fire Alarm Systems
    • CCTV Systems
    • Intruder Alarms
    • Access Control Systems
  • Fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Responding to reactive call-outs.
  • Completing service reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
  • Good knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • FIA training or equivalent qualifications.
  • ECS/CSCS card.
  • Experience with leading manufacturers such as Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Honeywell, Advanced, Kentec, C-Tec, or Apollo.

Salary: 25 - 35 GBP Per hour
