At The Security Network, we specialize in the installation and maintenance of electronic fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms, extinguishers, and access control systems. We provide services for both residential and industrial clients. With a focus on safety and reliability, we offer emergency call-out services and repairs. Our teams operate across the South, Midlands, Thames Valley, and East Anglia regions.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Fire / Security Engineer. The Fire / Security Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic fire and security systems, ensuring high standards of safety and service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine system inspections, and assisting with emergency call-outs to address critical system failures. The role also involves working collaboratively with clients to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to their security needs.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Fire & Security Technology.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Good verbal communication skills for interacting with clients professionally and effectively.
- Relevant technical certifications and/or proven experience in fire and security systems engineering.
- Flexibility to handle emergency call-outs promptly.
