Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Fire and Security Engineer in the Worcestershire area to join our growing team, helping us to make a positive difference to the communities we work in. You’ll carry out servicing, maintenance and small works on fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems across Worcestershire, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a mobile role supported by structured in-house scheduling, reliable backup and a company that values professionalism and getting the job done right. You’ll be part of a respected, well organised team, with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.

  • Up to £50,000 (base salary of £35 - £38k, door to door, with overtime and standby pay)

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, proof of eligibility will be required prior to starting employment (essential)
  • Valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, you must be able to satisfy the requirements for clearance (essential)

Desirable:

  • 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
  • Industry recognised fire and security qualifications (i.e. FIA, City & Guilds etc)
  • Understanding regulatory compliance (e.g. BS5839, NSI, BAFE)
  • Understanding of IP, networking and IoT devices
  • BAFE Certificate in Portable Fire Extinguisher Maintenance
  • 18th Edition
