Are you an experienced Fire & Security professional looking for a role that offers genuine autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work with some of the UK's largest organisations?
We're looking for a Fire & Security Surveyor to join our growing National Accounts support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering bespoke fire and security solutions for a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, whilst enjoying the flexibility to manage your own diary and workload.
Working closely with key account teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding operational requirements, and designing tailored solutions that protect people, property, and assets.
This is more than just a surveying role. You'll become a trusted technical expert, supporting customers from initial consultation through to solution design and quotation, helping to shape projects that deliver real value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting site surveys across a portfolio of key and national account customers.
- Developing bespoke fire and security solutions based on client requirements and operational needs.
- Producing accurate quotations, technical specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Creating system designs and drawings to support proposed solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring service commitments are delivered professionally and on time.
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams to support business growth.
- Ensuring all designs and recommendations comply with relevant industry standards and legislation.
- Managing your own diary and travel schedule to effectively support customers across your designated area.

Essential Experience
- Strong technical knowledge across fire and/or electronic security systems.
- Good understanding of relevant fire and security industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role.
Desirable Experience
- CAD experience.
- Microsoft Visio.
- CASH system knowledge
