What You Will Do

  • Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Service fire devices safely and responsibly
  • Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion
  • Work collaboratively with your team.
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems
  • Complete accurate engineer service reports
  • Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
  • Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly
  • Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience working with fire alarm systems
  • FIA training (or equivalent desirable)
  • Good IT skills
  • A solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations
  • Ability to lift equipment and work at height
  • Strong customer-focused approach
  • Motivation to earn and be rewarded for your effort
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
