🎓 First Aid Trainer

⏰ Full Time | Permanent | 35 Hours Per Week

Love helping people learn? Want a job that genuinely makes a difference? We're looking for a friendly, confident and engaging Trainer to join a fantastic organisation that's all about giving people the skills and confidence they need to help others when it matters most.

You don't need to be a qualified trainer already. If you're great with people, enjoy presenting, coaching or sharing knowledge, and you're keen to learn, full training will be provided.

This is one of those roles where you go home knowing you've done something worthwhile.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging, interactive training sessions to a variety of learners
  • Creating a fun, supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Building learners' confidence as well as their skills and knowledge
  • Adapting your training style to suit different audiences
  • Ensuring every learner has a positive experience
  • Managing course paperwork and learner records
  • Contributing ideas to improve courses and the overall learner journey
  • Predominantly delivering face-to-face training, with occasional online sessions

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • A confident and friendly communication style
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • A naturally positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Reliability and professionalism
  • A passion for helping people learn and develop
  • The ability to think on your feet and adapt when needed
  • Previous training, teaching, coaching or presenting experience would be great, but it's not essential
