We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Bar Back to support our bar services on the first floor which includes the Penny Bar, Magic Mike Live and the Permission Lounge. You’ll help keep the bar running smoothly, ensuring everything is stocked, clean, and ready for service in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock fridges, shelves, and service stations with drinks, glassware, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and in storage areas.
- Support bartenders during busy service periods with prep and logistics.
- Assist with clearing and resetting guest areas as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Be a reliable and energetic presence in a high-volume, high-energy setting.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role is a plus, but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
