Salary: £25,250 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Leicester, LE1 6TU
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Work model: Fully on-site
Williams Lea seeks a First Impressions Assistant to join our team!

Purpose of Role
As a First Impression Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors calling or visiting the Leicester office. The First Impression duties include welcoming clients and visitors to the office, managing meeting rooms, organising and preparing hospitality, delivering hospitality and offering administrative support across the firm. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.
To be successful as a First Impression assistant, you must have strong customer services skills, and with the ability to easily build rapport with people. A key skill will be your ability to prioritise urgent tasks in a timely and effective manner. This role operates between 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday. This is a hands-on role and will involve working alongside Williams Lea team members to deliver the overall service including providing administrative support as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests in the office lobby as the main point of contact for any visitor/ or employee for the organisation
- Ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
- Process and confirming meeting room requests
- Escorting guests to their booked meeting room within the building, informing the host of the guest’s arrival
- Ordering, organising, delivering, clearing and assisting with hospitality and events
- Attending to guests wishes and requirements.
- Setting up audio visual systems and trouble-shooting problems
- Populating data collection workbooks
- Manage any external catering requirements from third party vendors
- Continually monitor reception inbox ensuring e-mails are responded to in a timely manner
- Electronic administration tasks (updating records, document searches, editing and merging documents etc)
- Supporting the multi services team with completing photocopying, scanning and printing requests
- Booking of transport for employees and clients
- Occasional requirement to support client functions that run into the evening
- Always acting according to the client’s standards.
Personal Attributes
- Previous experience in a front of house role or working on a reception desk for a corporate company
- Outstanding guest services skills, committed attitude and dedication to creating a memorable guest experience
- Team focused
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Professionally presented.
- Have great interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Experience of email and Microsoft packages.
