Salary: £30,000 - £33.237

Grade: RCS N

Contract Type: Permanent

Shift patterns: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am – 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm

Location: Kegworth - DE74 2BF

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, driving performance, safety, and teamwork across the site.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a designated warehouse department, working collaboratively with other teams to maximise overall productivity
  • Oversee and promote a safe working environment, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards and procedures
  • Delegate daily tasks effectively to direct reports, providing guidance, monitoring progress, and ensuring all deadlines are safely met within agreed timeframes
  • Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs, supporting management with insights to improve performance and operational efficiency
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high work standards by communicating expectations clearly and coordinating resource levels to meet operational demands

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse or complex supply chain environment
  • Demonstrated people management skills, with experience leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Strong IT literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards
