Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Thursday: 21:45pm to 06:30am
- Friday: 19:00pm to 02:30AM

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the OPERATIONAL STANDARDS and defined outcomes for its responsibility area during shift in individual approach
- Effective communication of H&S and Environmental Policy changes and Alerts to all levels in a timely manner.
- Have a clear understanding of Objectives & KPIs applicable to your role and to your team
- Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Operations Manager
- Ensure employees are registering the indirect hours properly, by checking pending approvals in WLM or validating the individual activities form
- Track attendance of your employees at individual level and indicate deviations to Second Line Leadership for he/she to update the resource planning (if needed)

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Previous Leadership experience as a Team Leader or First Line Manager is Essential
- IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
