Warehouse & Logistics First Line Manager
As a Warehouse & Logistics First Line Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our daily operations—guiding a dedicated team of warehouse professionals to achieve excellence in productivity, stock accuracy, and workplace safety. In this dynamic role, you will foster an inclusive, collaborative culture while ensuring seamless inbound and outbound workflows that directly impact our business success and customer satisfaction.
This role is a 4 on 4 off shift, working 6am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and support warehouse operatives, managing shift coverage, performance development, and team morale to cultivate a collaborative environment.
- Prepare shift plans, delegate daily tasks, monitor KPIs, and investigate stock discrepancies to ensure peak productivity and high inventory accuracy.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, conduct daily risk walks, lead incident investigations, and oversee essential facility safety tests.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport partners, internal departments, and clients to resolve escalations and ensure continuous workflow between shifts.
- Oversee shift tracking, maintain operational activity logs, manage IT ticket escalations, and support payroll input processing.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, stock control processes, and managing dynamic warehouse teams.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with proven skill in prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven capability to exercise sound judgment, make decisive operational choices, and work effectively with moderate supervision.
