Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekly, 0830-1630 & 1100-1900

Location: Coalville, LE67 1UA

Are you an experienced operational leader who can drive performance and continuous improvement? Do you enjoy leading teams, managing KPIs and delivering results in a fast-paced logistics environment?

This role is responsible for taking full operational leadership of a safe and efficient operation, ensuring the achievement of customer, financial and people objectives while embedding OMS standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a safe, efficient and compliant operation, ensuring operational performance meets agreed customer and business objectives
  • Manage and review operational KPIs, resource planning, productivity, attendance, quality, service and cost performance, driving corrective actions where required
  • Ensure operational standards, work instructions and performance management routines are embedded and consistently followed across the site
  • Develop leadership capability through coaching, performance reviews, training compliance and engagement with Excellence School initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement activities, implement operational best practice and support site-wide initiatives that improve performance, service and financial results

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • An experienced logistics, warehousing or supply chain leader with responsibility for operational performance and team management
  • Someone who enjoys analysing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and leading action plans to deliver measurable results
  • A confident people manager who can coach leaders, drive accountability and create a high-performance culture
  • An individual who is comfortable working with customers, budgets, resource planning and operational governance processes
  • Essential: Previous operational leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution environment, with responsibility for performance, people and continuous improvement
