About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering safe, efficient, and effective warehouse operations. Combining people leadership with operational accountability, you'll play a key role in achieving site performance, customer service, and continuous improvement objectives.
What You'll Do
- Leading, motivating, and supporting warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
- Conducting team briefings, one-to-ones, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
- Allocating labour and resources to meet changing operational demands
- Monitoring productivity, KPIs, and operational performance, implementing corrective actions where required
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture through coaching, safety walks, and operational reviews
