Pay Rate: £32,084.64

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time 37.5hrs pw)

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational. 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

Location: Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY

About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering safe, efficient, and effective warehouse operations. Combining people leadership with operational accountability, you'll play a key role in achieving site performance, customer service, and continuous improvement objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Leading, motivating, and supporting warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets
  • Conducting team briefings, one-to-ones, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
  • Allocating labour and resources to meet changing operational demands
  • Monitoring productivity, KPIs, and operational performance, implementing corrective actions where required
  • Promoting a strong health and safety culture through coaching, safety walks, and operational reviews
