First Line Support Consultant

We are looking for a First Line Support Consultant on a fixed term contract of 3 months, to be the first point of contact for our client and users, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a positive customer experience.

Iken is an independent software company in Bristol with a strong reputation for delivering innovative software solutions and exceptional client care. We believe in continuous improvement, collaboration, and empowering our people to achieve their potential within a culture that provides both challenge and support.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to being:

  • Inquisitive – always looking to understand, learn and improve.
  • Brave – willing to step up, contribute ideas and overcome challenges.
  • Tenacious – determined to find solutions and achieve great outcomes.
  • Warm Hearted – supportive, positive and focused on helping others.

The Role

As a First Line Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for users of Iken software products. You'll respond to support enquiries, investigate issues, provide guidance and resolutions where possible, and escalate more complex cases to specialist colleagues when required. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely updates, effective solutions, and an exceptional support experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
