Role Overview
Due to continued growth, Ross & Liddell are looking for an apprentice to join their front-of-house team.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line digital support by managing shared inboxes via Microsoft Outlook, allocating emails, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient workflow management.
- Process electronic invoices, update internal systems, and maintain digital tracking logs for payments, queries, and outstanding documentation.
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to resolve invoice queries, request missing information, and keep records updated within company systems.
- Support finance by creating digital records, processing documentation, and liaising with the finance team regarding payments and contractor statements.
- Use business software (CPL Property Management System) and databases to monitor tasks, update account information, and ensure all records are accurate and compliant.
- Become a CPL superuser for the organization.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling incoming calls, triage enquiries, recording messages, and supporting clients with payment and account-related queries.
- Manage electronic diaries, reminders, and scheduled activities, ensuring deadlines, correspondence, and digital tasks are completed on time.
